Top Benefits of Dragon Fruit

Dragon fruit isn't just beautiful — it's a nutritional powerhouse backed by science. From boosting immunity to managing blood sugar, here's what makes it one of the most beneficial fruits you can eat.

Regular consumption as part of a balanced diet can support heart health, digestion, skin, bones, and overall wellbeing.

1

Rich in Antioxidants

Contains betacyanins, flavonoids, phenolic acids, and Vitamin C. Reduces oxidative stress, protects cells from free radical damage, supports healthy aging, and reduces inflammation.

2

Boosts Immunity

High in Vitamin C and antioxidants that strengthen the immune system, help the body fight infections, and support faster healing.

3

Excellent for Digestive Health

Rich in dietary fibre that improves digestion, prevents constipation, promotes regular bowel movements, and supports beneficial gut bacteria (prebiotic effect).

4

Supports Heart Health

May lower LDL cholesterol, increase HDL cholesterol, improve blood circulation, and reduce cardiovascular risk. Seeds contain heart-healthy omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

5

Helps Manage Blood Sugar

The fibre content slows sugar absorption — improves insulin sensitivity, reduces blood sugar spikes after meals, and supports overall metabolic health. Diabetic-friendly in moderation.

6

Aids Weight Management

Low in calories, high in fibre, and naturally hydrating. Helps you feel full longer, making it an ideal snack for weight management.

7

Promotes Healthy Skin

Vitamins and antioxidants support collagen production, maintain skin elasticity, protect against UV-induced oxidative damage, and keep skin radiant.

8

Supports Bone Health

Contains calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus — essential minerals that contribute to strong bones and teeth.

9

Improves Hydration

With 85–90% water content, dragon fruit helps maintain hydration, supports kidney function, and is refreshing in hot weather.

10

Reduces Inflammation

Natural antioxidants and plant compounds help reduce chronic inflammation, which is associated with heart disease and metabolic disorders.

Varieties We Grow

We cultivate three popular varieties of dragon fruit, each with distinct flavour profiles and nutritional advantages.

White Dragon Fruit

Hylocereus undatus

The most common variety with bright pink skin and white flesh dotted with tiny black seeds. Mildly sweet with a refreshing taste.

Red Dragon Fruit

Hylocereus costaricensis

Stunning magenta flesh with vibrant pink skin. Sweeter than the white variety and packed with higher antioxidant levels (betacyanins).

Yellow Dragon Fruit

Hylocereus megalanthus

Yellow skin with white flesh — the sweetest of all varieties. Slightly smaller but highly prized for desserts.

Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil

Mustard oil has been a staple of Indian cooking and traditional wellness for centuries. Our oil is cold-pressed (Kachi Ghani) — extracted at low temperatures to preserve the natural pungency, rich golden colour, and every bit of nutrition that refined oils strip away.

From seed to bottle, everything happens on our farm. No middlemen, no blending, no shortcuts. Just pure mustard oil the way your grandmother used to get it.

From Seed to Bottle

Every step is natural and transparent — the way oil was made for generations.

01

Sourcing

Mustard seeds grown on our own farmland in Haryana — no imported blends, fully traceable.

02

Cleaning & Sun-Drying

Seeds are naturally sun-dried and cleaned to remove impurities before pressing.

03

Cold Pressing (Kachi Ghani)

Extracted using traditional cold-press at low temperature — retaining all nutrients, flavour, and golden colour.

04

Natural Settling

Oil settles naturally. No chemical refining, no bleaching, no deodorizing. Pure as nature intended.

05

Fresh Packaging

Bottled in food-grade packaging with no preservatives. Best consumed within 6 months of pressing.

Best Uses

Mustard oil's bold, pungent flavour is mellowed by heating it until it just begins to smoke, then cooling slightly before cooking. Perfect for:

  • Indian curries & tadka
  • Pickle making (achaar)
  • Stir-frying & sautéing vegetables
  • Marinades & salad dressings
  • Bengali, Punjabi, Rajasthani cooking
  • Body massage & hair oil
  • Traditional winter care

A Note on Erucic Acid

Mustard oil naturally contains erucic acid, with amounts varying by mustard variety. Current evidence has not established harm from normal dietary consumption in humans. Health organizations recommend consuming a variety of cooking oils rather than relying exclusively on any single oil — which is sound advice for any diet. Our oil is produced from traditional Indian mustard varieties that have been consumed safely for generations.
