Our Story

The traditional campus placement system relies heavily on proxies: college brand, CGPA, and one-time written test scores. This creates a massive inefficiency where brilliant students from tier-2 and tier-3 colleges are overlooked, while companies struggle to find candidates who can perform on day one.

At TalentBridge, we realised that resumes are fundamentally broken for entry-level hiring. A student writing "React" on their resume tells a recruiter nothing about their actual proficiency.

We built a unified platform that acts as the operating system for college placements. Students learn and get assessed on highly specific functional skills. Colleges get real-time dashboards of their entire cohort. Companies can simply query our graph for the skills they need and hire with absolute confidence.
